Dimension resize
This tool allows you to change the distance between a dimension and the object it measures while maintaining the link. Changes made with any other tool will not be retained if dimensions are updated. To try this tool, create a simple object and dimension it. Then select the Dimension Resize tool and click-drag on the dimension. Move the dimension to adjust its distance from the object.
